Manufacturing Processes

For each of the products, our professional experts of each technical discipline design and develop the mold. Utilizing advanced CNC equipment and precision metrology instruments, we strive to produce high quality of molds with very cautious and prudent attitude as the mold is the powerful weapon for injection molding and stamping production.

Plastic Injection Process:
Since most of the products have some plastic parts, so you must use plastic injection to manufacture these parts. Plastic injection mold and metal injection mold are very expensive investments. Plastic injection molding process is simple. First, melt the plastic particles into the liquid state, and then inject the plastics melt into the mold of the product. Finally, the mold is cooled to solidify the plastic part in the mold. When the mold is opened, the plastic part is then removed from the mold.
